EAGLE SAFARI

Please join us for an exiting eagle safari. We'll depart from Dolmsundet Marina by boat and we'll explore the surrounding area of Dolmsundet and Dolmøya. We'll scout for sea eagles and other wildlife. The sea eagles are territorial birds and we'll visit their hunting grounds. Hitra is the island kingdom of the sea eagle. In Hitra they are common birds of pray.

If we are lucky some of the sea eagles will be hungry. We'll make offerings to the eagle by throwing freshly caught fish from the boat. If the eagle is hungry it will come close to the boat and catch the fish. Prepare for amazing close-up encounter! We'll take a beach break and get on shore to stretch our legs and make some bonfire coffee.
